If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us promptly so we can help you out. We are happy to go over your concerns and discuss the best way to get the most out of your purchase.
If we cannot make the Glowbiotics product work for you, we will set up a return or exchange for the item. If you purchased the product from one of our authorized resellers (such as a dermatologist office or retail location), please contact that entity to find out how to send the product back. If you purchased an item from our website, please follow the steps below for a timely solution:
- Call our Customer Representative Team at 1-877-423-1314 within 30 days of your original invoice date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A return will not be accepted without a reference number and RMAs.
- Within 7 days of obtaining the RMA number, please return the following items to the address below:
a. Unused portion of the product along with all original packaging
b. Copy of packing slip or confirmation email from the original order (please retain a copy for your records)

- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship via UPS or registered mail. Glowbiotics is not liable for packages lost during shipping.
- Glowbiotics will process your refund via the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
