GLOWBIOTICS is devoted to bringing you the best probiotic skincare products, with the convenience of shipping directly to your door. (Isn't the internet awesome?!) If you are looking to order from our website, please find our shipping information below:

Standard Shipping Policies

  • If your order is over $49 (post-discount), we'll ship the package for free to any state within the U.S.
  • If your order is below $49 or outside the United States, shipping charges will be reflected at checkout.
  • We will ship your order as soon as we can. All orders require 1-2 business days processing time before shipping.
  • Your "bill to" and "ship to" address must both be within the fifty United States for expedited shipping.
  • International shoppers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, and any other fees related to shipments outside the United States.

Average Delivery Times

*Same day shipping available for orders placed by 12 PM MST weekdays

  • USPS First Class Shipping: 1-5 business days depending on location + up to 1 business day to process the order.
  • UPS Ground/Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days depending on location + up to 1 business day to process the order.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days + up to 1 business day to process the order.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Delivery in 1 business day + up to 1 business day to process the order.

Undelivered/Missing/Rerouted Packages

  • Lost Packages: Please report lost/stolen packages to our Customer Service Representative Team so we can investigate the issue.
  • Refused Packages: If your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a $15.00 fee for each package. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
  • Change of Address: If you need to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, please note that you will be charged an $11.00 fee to reroute the order. Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package.

GLOWBIOTICS is not responsible for any fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees involved in the shipping or receiving of your package.

Returns

GLOWBIOTICS is devoted to bringing you the best probiotic skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us promptly so we can help you out. We are happy to go over your concerns and discuss the best way to get the most out of your purchase.

If we cannot make the GLOWBIOTICS product work for you, we will set up a return or exchange for the item. If you purchased the product from one of our authorized resellers (such as a dermatologist office or retail location), please contact that entity to find out how to send the product back. If you purchased an item from our website, please follow the steps below for a timely solution:

  • Call our Customer Representative Team at 1-877-423-1314 within 30 days of your original invoice date to discuss your return
  • Within 7 days of contacting us, please return the following items to the address below:
    a. Unused portion of the product along with all original packaging
    b. Copy of packing slip or confirmation email from the original order (please retain a copy for your records)

  • For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship via UPS or registered mail. GLOWBIOTICS is not liable for packages lost during shipping.
  • GLOWBIOTICS will process your refund via the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
